Our Guaranteed Rent scheme for landlords operates in partnership with local councils and supported living providers connected to government-backed housing programmes.

If your property is suitable, we’ll agree on a fixed rental amount — typically at market rate and a rental term, usually between 2 and 5 years (some extend beyond 10). Once the lease is in place, you’ll pay a one-off setup fee, and we’ll handle everything else.

We manage the full relationship between you, the provider, and the council — coordinating agreements, communication, and ongoing management — all without continuous management fees.
